Should I move to Poquoson or stay in Raleigh?

Hey everyone, Household incomes average around $120,919 in Poquoson. The median home value here is around $403,000, which is pretty steep. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Bought a house here in 2015 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.
