Starting a business in Port Angeles?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Port Angeles sits at 579.0 per 100K. Household incomes average around $61,640 in Port Angeles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? Appreciate any input.

I work in real estate here and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The job market for my field is better than expected. Good luck with whatever you decide..
