Anyone else love living in Port Charlotte?

Random thought, My partner and I are It's a a smaller city city with about 64,971 people. Homes are going for about $249,400 on average. With a population of 64,971, Port Charlotte is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

- Close to nature
- Good healthcare facilities

- Lack of diversity
- Boring for young people
- Mosquitoes and humidity

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I love the pace of life here. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.
