Best industries in Port Chester right now

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 5 years and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $99,916, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I wrong here?

Bought a house here in 2019 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Moved here from Nashville about 4 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to public transit but Happy to answer more specific questions..
