OK so I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,922/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
