I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

The food scene here is average. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.
I've been here 1 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is underrated.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
