Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $136,000, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $136,000 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Let me know your thoughts. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
