Hey, I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 28,724 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? Appreciate any input. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
