Co-working spaces in Port Orange?

First post here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.

OK I'm going to write a proper review because I've seen too many incomplete answers.

Background: I'm a lawyer, 30, moved here 14 years ago from San Diego. I've lived in West and Downtown, and traveled to most parts of the metro.

**What I love:**
1. Great outdoor activities nearby
2. Friendly community, easy to meet people
3. Close to major attractions
4. The people are generally average - I found my community within the first year

**What I don't love:**
1. Nightlife is limited
2. Limited entertainment options
3. The healthcare situation is stable and doesn't seem to be improving

**Neighborhoods I'd recommend:**
- West: Great for singles. underrated vibes, walkable.
- Downtown: More affordable, family-friendly.

**Neighborhoods I'd avoid:**
- Without naming names, stay away from areas east of downtown until you know the city better.

**Cost comparison:**
Coming from San Diego, everything felt pretty good. Rent is about /mo. Groceries are pricey. Gas is reasonable. You can live comfortably on $70K-$150K here.

**Final verdict:**
It's not for everyone but it works for us.. It's not perfect - nowhere is - but for the price point and quality of life, it's hard to beat. DM me if you have specific questions.

I'm a electrician and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 2 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Downtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Chicago it's challenging.
