Is Port Orange walkable?

Random thought, Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
