Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Rent is about $1,448/month for a decent place. With a population of 63,818, Port Orange is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
