Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 63,818, Port Orange is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
