Best kept secrets of Port Royal, SC

OK so Homes are going for about $298,000 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Happy to answer more specific questions..
