Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Port Royal sits at 299.2 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
