Co-working spaces in Port Royal?

We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,606/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I work in manufacturing here and I love the pace of life here. The job market for my field is hit or miss. No regrets on my end..

I'm a project manager and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is improving and there's always something going on.
