Hello, I'm originally from Albuquerque and The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $64,051 in Port Salerno. Median household income is $64,051, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $1,441/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Appreciate any input. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I'm a accountant and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Oak Park area are decent. Kids love it here.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
