Port Salerno is underrated, change my mind

Longtime lurker here, It's a a small town city with about 10,957 people. Rent is about $1,441/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $329,000, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Pros:
- Friendly people
- Good schools
- Low taxes
- Easy commute
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited dining options
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Limited cultural events
- Chain restaurants dominate
