First post here. Poverty rate is 7.3%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Port St. John sits at 602.6 per 100K. Homes are going for about $262,700 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
