Hey everyone, Military spouse here. The median home value here is around $327,700, which seems about average. It's a a mid-size city city with about 220K people. Average temperature is around 76°F, so it's warm year-round. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Let me know your thoughts. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
