Life in Port St. Lucie as a young professional

Anyone else feel this way? The median home value here is around $327,700, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $78,137 in Port St. Lucie. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this?

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. food scene used to be much pricey but now it's average.
