Alright, Just moved here 13 months ago and The median home value here is around $502,500, which is pretty steep. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Port Townsend? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
