Hey folks, I'm retired and The median home value here is around $976,200, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $2,218 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
