Is Port Washington worth moving to in 2026?

Been meaning to ask this. It's a a small town city with about 12,569 people. Rent is about $1,021/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance!

Bought a house here in 2024 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
