I relocated for work and Median household income is $79,529, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $243,400 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What do you all think? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
