Been living here since 2006. You can expect to pay around $1,120 for rent here. Homes are going for about $243,400 on average. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
