Hi all, It's a a smaller city city with about 49,015 people. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
