Starting a business in Portage?

Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 49,015, Portage is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 49,015 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Portage? Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, No regrets on my end..
