Hey folks, I work in finance and Homes are going for about $132,900 on average. Rent is about $870/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
