Best and worst neighborhoods in Porters Neck

Alright, I work in education and The unemployment rate is 6.8%, which is concerning. Rent is about $1,591/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Porters Neck sits at 389.1 per 100K. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The cost of living is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
