Considering Porters Neck vs Cincinnati -help me decide

Curious what people think. I'm a 43-year-old restaurant manager and You can expect to pay around $1,591 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 7,102 people. Median household income is $115,417, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 6.8%, which is concerning. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Hot take but I'm still on the fence after all this time. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
