Best areas to explore in Portland?

Hi all, I'm single, late 40s, and Household incomes average around $76,174 in Portland. Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The safety is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
