Considering Portland vs Cleveland -help me decide

First post here. Just moved here 17 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 68,505 people. The median home value here is around $452,600, which is pretty steep. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $76,174 in Portland. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Portland? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want job market, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
