Curious what people think. I'm a college student here and You can expect to pay around $1,487 for rent here. Median household income is $76,174, which feels about average for the area. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $452,600 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
