Rent in Portland getting crazy
Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 68,505 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
