Portland housing prices — when will it stop?

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 7.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a major city city with about 643K people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
