Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Portland? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1596 for a 3BR which feels okay for the area.
Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Coming from Boston, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are about the same.
