Curious what people think. We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 13,325 people. Household incomes average around $72,380 in Portland. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
