Healthcare options in Post Falls?

Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $425,100, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $73,313 in Post Falls. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. What are your go-to spots? Cheers. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value healthcare, you'll love it. The cost of living is genuinely improving and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. My neighborhood (Highland) is pricey and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Charlotte, be prepared for the culture shock. nightlife is completely different here. And Urban sprawl is real.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is tough and there's always something going on.
