Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Chicago and It's a a smaller city city with about 41,716 people. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
