Poteau vs Tampa -which is better?

Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Poteau sits at 412.9 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
