Random thought, I'm a college student here and Homes are going for about $1,105,900 on average. Household incomes average around $239,205 in Potomac. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? Cheers. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.
