Alright, Just moved here 3 months ago and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $1,105,900, which is pretty steep. It's a a smaller city city with about 46,230 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
