Starting a business in Potomac?

So, Median household income is $239,205, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,616 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

Used to live on the Lakewood side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
