Things that make Potomac unique

First post here. My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a smaller city city with about 46,230 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is underrated in most areas.
