Moving to Potomac Mills for work -advice?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2018. Median household income is $102,464, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective.

Rent vs buy in Potomac Mills -what makes sense?

Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2019. It's a a small town city with about 6,122 people. Household incomes average around $102,464 in Potomac Mills. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do?

Is public transit usable in Potomac Mills?

I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $102,464, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say...
