Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $201,200, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 10,634, Potomac Park is a small town. Poverty rate is 24.2%, which is higher than I expected. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
