It's a a smaller city city with about 31,778 people. The median home value here is around $259,200, which seems about average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
