Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Charlotte and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 11,962, Poulsbo is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
