Not sure if this has been asked before, but It's a a small town city with about 11,962 people. Rent is about $1,767/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,767 for rent here. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 11,962, Poulsbo is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
