Hey, I'm single, late 20s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 48,515 people. You can expect to pay around $2,261 for rent here. Median household income is $143,825, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,261/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

I've lived in Riverside for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by safety. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Affordable housing options
- The housing market scene is better than expected
The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Dating scene is rough
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Definitely worth checking out..

I'm a writer and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is solid and there's always something going on.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much developing but now it's hit or miss.
